Worms bred at Karen’s Worm Farm will feed the fish in World of Water’s new aquaponic research facility when it re-opens this year. The worms are fed on manure from horses grazing on natural grassland so as to keep the full production cycle free of added fertilisers.
I’ll upload some photos of the worm hatchery later but for now, here’s the farm plaque we designed:
