WOW’s Equal Opportunities, Anti-Harassment, and Anti-Bullying Policies

In the vast ocean of our shared world, we embrace a culture that naturally encompasses everyone—people and other species alike.

Our commitment to anti-harassment, equality, and anti-bullying is not just a policy; it’s a reflection of our belief that this planet, our watery home, is a space for unity and understanding.

We celebrate those who, like the currents of the sea, navigate life with enthusiasm and a self-driven spirit. To the self-starters who are naturally motivated, we extend our support and encouragement. Your passion creates ripples of positive change that touch not only your own journey but also those around you.

Recognizing that the seeds of bullying are often sown in the playgrounds of youth, we’ve taken a proactive step by introducing Eric Pie Flinger, an avatar champion for young individuals facing adversity. Eric stands tall, symbolizing our commitment to creating a safe environment where every person, especially the young and vulnerable, can thrive without fear of harassment or bullying.

Our mission extends beyond the policies on paper; it’s a living, breathing testament to our dedication to rid the planet of both big and little bullies. Together, let’s make our shared home a sanctuary where compassion and understanding flow as freely as the waters that connect us all.
