WOW Leave Entitlement and Travel Expenses Policy

Leave Entitlement and Travel Expenses Policy

As we stride towards a future of progressive and thoughtful organizational practices, we proudly introduce our ‘Leave Entitlement and Travel Expenses Policy’.  This policy also includes WOW’s approach to employee pay (See part 3), benefits and expenses based on UK guidelines.

While our current structure doesn’t include traditional employees and emphasizes minimal travel, this policy also embodies our forward-thinking commitment to anticipate and adapt to future needs, setting a standard that extends beyond present legal directives.

Rooted in intention, this policy serves as a testament to our dedication to fostering an environment that values and supports our dynamic team and the evolving landscape of charitable work.
